So, if you start with @, start typing out their name directly beside that @ usually you'll see a drop down with a list of names that are closest to what you're typing, and that should show up for you.

Admittedly it isn't always perfect, but that's what we've got :)

Thanks. Yeah, that's what I've been doing. Sometimes the person doesn't show up. Oh well, I was just wondering if there was a different way I don't know about. 

sometimes if It's slow to tag, I just refresh the page and usually fixes it.

But yeah, as far as I know there's not another method for tagging, sorry.
