I'm surprised we didn't get a second starter champion's hero path this week - I guess people would have just complained there was too much to do! Still, I regret not making more effort with the Elhain one last week, and so plan to push on upgrading my Athel and Kael when those events arrive.

If there is a free champ coming, I'd presume it might be one of the legendary versions of the starter champions, but I would expect that would come after the four basic starter hero paths - plus I wouldn't be surprised if the four legendary versions are final reward options on a big Heroes Path challenge where you get to pick one, for anyone actually able to get enough points.

Heya heya. I wouldn't stress too much over those events. 

There is rumors, perhaps unfounded, you might need one of each of the starters to fuse into a legendary starter.... since they have hinted there are legendary versions coming soon... but I wouldn't invest tons into these except the points you are getting with daily energy farm and such already.

Speaking of daily energy, how is your fusion going?

Pythin fusion going fine, thank you - have 65 fragments so far and fully expect to complete it without pushing hard. :)

Fusing basic starter champs into legendaries sounds interesting - would have liked a second Athel if that happens, just for the choice. Then again, I'm starting to feel the limitations of my original Athel and see her slowly slipping aside as she's replaced by other champs - though she carried my team in the DT rare secret room so still has utility there. Will just wait and see though and definitely won't be stressing over it. :)

1st in Classic Arena I, and 2nd in Champion Chase. Am now actively losing arena battles to drop back down the rankings, so on Saturday I can rush the leaderboard for Clasic Arena II. :)

You only need 1 tournament win to skip the summon rush, no? I sure hope so, because I pushed to win the first arena tournament (160 gems overkill with 1k point margin, but better safe than sorry).

Correct, I spent most of mailbox refills for 12k golem points.... not sure if it was worth saving 3 or 4 sacreds this weekend

I spent 90 voids, and ended up with Tormin. Still not sure how I feel about that. Trying to think of how to actually make use of him ... leaning towards some sort of arena defense team. Thinking maybe something like Kymar + Lydia + Tormin + [someone].

Only way I'd consider a 10x void is if I was close to mercy. I'm at 106 right now, so I think I'd rather save my 117 void shards for a guaranteed or at least a 2x during an event. Acrizia sure seems stupidly overpowered though.

I was lucky and got Acrizia when she first came out. She is good and made it into almost every single team everywhere in the game for me.

I use him on offense against any tm boost into tm boost, e.g. arb/kimi.  Automatic win.

I already have two teams that can easily beat those teams, so it's somewhat pointless for me to build a third team for that same objective.

In terms of team archetypes, the only team I can't really handle is one using Yumeko or Warlord, and sadly, Tormin likely won't do much for me there.

Yeah, so with these things I give myself permission to spend either 3 ancients or 1 void. That way it feels like I tried. The important thing is to really hype yourself up for that 1 shard pop, that way you'll be less tempted to pop more.

It's actually easier to win tourneys at lower levels. Enjoy it while you can ;)
