Is it more efficient? I'm hunting some Accessories right now, so I try to do higher dungeons, but once I get them, maybe I'll do 20 if it's more silver and EXP per energy. Otherwise, I don't mind longer runs. I just set it on auto and let it play.

If you don't mind, why don't you post your UDK and Mordecai builds and a results screen for folks who visit here that may be looking to replicate your work? :)

25 gives marginally better rewards if all you care about are 6* legendary items. It gives significantly fewer overall rewards, though, so you'll get less silver running 25. And, given you need to use two people instead of one, you'll get less overall experience too.

I don't know if I can solo a 20, though. Who are decent candidates for it?

The "easiest" person would be Akoth, since you get him for free. The "optimal" is Tyrant. I'm sure there are plenty of others that can do it too - basically anyone with an AoE HP burn and decent survivability.

I'll be getting Akoth soon. Don't have Tyrant. Dreng needs others to heal, unless I find good Regeneration gear for him. I guess I'll experiment there. 

Dreng can definitely do it. There's a video somewhere.

I tried Dreng, doesn't work. At least not for me. Best I can do is duo with Roshcard or Kyoku.
