My sister had already installed Raid before I could send a referral link. Is she going to have to uninstall and follow the link I send her and then reinstall for us to get our rewards?

Essentially the answer is: yes. There's no way to use a referral link for an account that has already been created. She will need to start over with a brand new account and start from scratch if you want to leverage the referral

Yeah, she mostly plays on her phone so there's no point in it now...that's a big bummer...
