First things first: Let's take a break from nightmare campaign. This is not going to be the best use of your energy at all, when we should be spending our time in Dragon when we're not making more 60s. The energy cost is way, way too much in Nightmare. Nightmare starts to have some reasonably high gear requirements, not to mention being often champion dependent for 12-7. 

I don't think I'd make Arena too much of a focal point this early on, but between HK/Kimi/Foli/Madame/Genbo we should be able to speed nuke our way through our fair share of matchups. Where are you in Arena right now?

I'd really just want to be focusing on the Dungeon grind right now. Given you have BEK, Dragon should be a lot easier and in the future you'll be able to turn him into a full time Dragon solo champ. But first, we need to get gear, which it sounds like you know. :)

With arena, I need to upgrade my hall. I want to get the leggo in my missions. I forget her name right now. But I know she is really useful, is it arbiter? I know she can replace my HK.

the reason you're struggling at the moment is that you're trying to do the entire game with 6 champions. this is not a good strategy. regardless of how good a champion is, they can't do everything by themselves so you'll need a diverse array of champions and the efficacy boost from bringing them up to rank 6 is massive. from what i can see here, i'd suggest starting with madame serris and and aniri. both are amazing in just about every area and serris in particular would help out your arena team (i'd probably suggest something like khatun, seeker, serris, and foli). i see a few other solid champions in there but it would be good to see a picture of your entire roster.

That's all my team, except for rare's which are mostly trash, bar a few, like apothecary.

i'd largely stand by what i already said then, though i missed kimi my first time around so i'd probably run her and genbo instead of khatun and foli. serris and aniri would be where i'd start and apothecary, aox, seeker, and fahrakin are all strong contenders as well. you've got a number of other champions that certainly have value as well, but might be more limited in scope and you also might pull better options while building the ones i mentioned.

you're also likely better off running dragon 20 rather than 22. the improved drop rates aren't enough to offset the energy increase, so 20 is the way to go until you can reliably grind on 24.

Wouldn't bother with arena, personally think it's rigged. You never beat teams with more power but lose loads to teams with half my power.
