You need to farm minotaur labirint dungeon with those 2 champions and them unlock masteries for them (character menu 3rd tab - on the right when artifacts and stats are)

I open on 2 chempions. I use 5 and next 30 scroll, and nothing

i still cant complete mission. For 2 Champions i have unlocked Masteries under offense up to tier 5

Did the mission ask you to do that or ask you to unlock three Tier 2 Masteries for 2 Champions?

Hello OP
A champion has masteries, and to gain the masteries you need to run minotaur stages.
masteries have 3 parts, white scrolls, green scrolls and red scrolls
