Compensation (20.02.2020)

Hi, everyone!

Things have been rough for us lately. That is why we want to compensate for the problems you have faced a little. We're have sent the following resources to the players that have logged in in the last three days):

- 100 Gems

- 1-Day +100% XP Boost

- 1,000,000 Silver

- 3 Rank 3 Chicken

And what kind of compensation för you have in mind for us that was locked out for 5-7 days?

That compensation just isn't enough if you were locked out of the game for 7DAYS!!!

And surprise....I was. Could login today, glad I still got my lego's I got just before the ban but lost all the levels and gear it had. Needed to level them again. We need a lot more brews to level back up to the lost levels. 

Also some more chickens would be appropriate as compensation. 

And what about the summon events we missed in the time we were locked? We need those too.

We need more diamonds for the lost oppertunities in events to earn them.

Need I go on?

Come on Plarium, stop kidding us but most importantly yourself. COMPENSATE LIKE YOU SHOULD PLEASE!!

I think that we at least should get the 4 Fusion Epics.

If we get them the Fusion is possible (but not free), now it is impossible.




I just got an e-mail about my ban-ticket

Last in the mail this was written:

"In case you have additional questions related to this situation, please let us know."


I have anwerd on mail multipple times but no answer....

This compensation is nothing for anyone who has played for more than a month. Just spit in the face.

Thank you for the compensation but loads of energy were lost due to banned accounts and/or system crashes.

There have been so many server issues, the referral program? Non-existent. I referred 3 people, 1worked. They received the link the other 2 did not work so they stopped playing. Had it worked they would have played. Sent a support ticket and got the standard response with no follow up by anyone. Also, the drop rates for epics or legendary champions are PITIFUL!!! Unless you spend an ungodly amount forget getting good champions. I have 3 apothecaries, why?! Can’t even get a coldheart for the life of me. Fix this!

 I bought the battle pass, yes and bought all the levels with it and used all books that were bought from packs in that same time frame and potions and a lot of other packs all in the time frame of the rollback. The $25 battle pass purchase was refunded with 980gems or whatever but the $100 to buy all the levels was not and all the money spent on all the books, potions, brew packs, chickens, and all that was not refunded at all and is completely lost.

Hello!

We restored the active BP to the unbanned players and all levels they received before the ban. So all the levels you purchased were restored to you.

You can also contact our Support Team about any kind of loses due to an account been banned.

Are you aware that the weekly battle pass achievement to ascend one warrior of every faction is completely bugged?

Many people have this (please check the forum, bugs) and i waisted a LOT of potions, i ascended 9 warriors and i am still stuck at 0/13... if this is not fixed there is no way to get the legendary artifact reward. 


Please remove this from the weekly quests.

Since the beginning of the weekly pass have i tried to complete thé task "to perfect one champion of each faction", I did it for every type, but it doesnt work. ????

Which compensation are you referring to? 

The compensation of 100 Gems, 1-Day +100% XP Boost, 1,000,000 Silver  and 3 Rank 3 Chicken was sent only to "the players that have logged in in the last three days" (17.02-20.02)

Hi there I have noticed the this weeks Weekly battle pass artifact challenge is still not fixed. I have collected like 100 items and still it is only on 9/14 complete. can Plarium fix this my whole clan is complaining.
