So what about the freezing issues that have been going on for months? I am at 2+ weeks with no response from support like you said and items I bought with money are gone due to the freeze when I redeemed them. Please update and explain why no comp has been given and why there is 2+ weeks with no help from support

Hello everyone! Thank you for your comments. We are still in the process of checking the whole thing. When the ramifications get clearer, we will give the promised compensation.


As for the response time from our support team, the guys have been swamped with tickets lately, I am afraid. But they will get back to you as soon as they can.

Seems they have been swamped since forever, since nothing seems to change on this front...

So what you are saying is the items I bought and were lost during the freezing issues arent going to get refunded or compensated for the value of the items? Since 2+ weeks is more than enough even if swamped and like Madco said, nothing changes or they just close the ticket put immediately. How would you recommend them getting my refund on the items? Since you are the only one actually responding 


Update on the refund

"The purchases were added to your account successfully and spent afterwards.


A refund can be granted only if a player didn't spend the purchased items.

You can still request a refund from the Play Store directly. Make sure to specify the reason why you want a refund so that your request is processed in a timely manner."

What about compensation for all the crashes we have been having?

Lost cb keys, lost energy etc. And don't forget that with every crash comes not only the lost energy but the silver and reward that we would have had.

It's disgraceful that we have not been compensated for sooo many crashes.

it is a verzion thing because Im having the same problem on all emulators BLIUESTACKS,NOX etc...i havent been able to play since before black friday

Having repeated issues with the game blowing up on Plarium Play while in the Dragon Dungeon.  Blown up 4 times in the past hour.
