From what we're told Master is constantly blocked but from what is obvious for everytime he's blcoked he just creates a new account to spam us all.

Hi there!

Many thanks for your report, Captain. Please be aware that such issues should be directed to the technical specialists from our Support Team. Unfortunately, we are unable to get rid of such spammers on the forum level.

We're trying to fight such accounts in the game but unfortunately, sometimes they find ways to continue this spam.

Master sends thousands of parrots, all with the same time stamp so Master is either support OR, Master is hacking the mail. Since neither are possible according to you, someone is not being up front. IF Master can hack the mail, what else can be hacked?

Pick one, it is support or a hack. If a hack then other things are being hacked.

BTW, Master is now in the old kabam servers so we know what is next in there as well.

Hi, bonniekennedy999!

Unfortunately, Master has hundreds of accounts. It's not the single one. You get thousands of parrots every day from different Havens. Sp hacking is out of the questions.

And as for our support of him. Be sure we are fighting with spammers in the game and we try to take measures each time when we face such accounts.

Read an article about a month ago concerning Google. Because their name is trademarked no one is able to put their name in any web address without their explicit permission. Being the giant they are they were able to force the web hosting companies to have those sites shut down. So to my question. Wouldn't it make sense to do the same for Master's website? Haven't seen the recent one but its www.plarium. Technically according to International laws this would be a trademark violation and web hosting companies are required to comply.

Flash is the 'front end' used to play the game. So, objects like the 'smugglers den' for eg, are rendered on our PC "Clients" and some of this functionality is then available locally at the client. This in turn can be interfered with by unscrupulous tech savvy players to gain advantage. This is hacking at the client, as opposed to the server, which will hold the necessary databases for the game to run.

A server is "secure" LOL behind firewalls etc and hacking the back end would therefore be more difficult, though not impossible to implement. Check out SQLinjection attacks to learn a little about that stuff (for the purpose of understanding what is possible).

Now back at the client side, one could write a script to automate in game functions like pirate, merc, fleet and armada ship building at given intervals. Imagine you were controlling hundreds of bots, harvesting the rss for these activities and channelling those rss into 'designated' havens. In a comparatively short period of time, you already have the resources to build the fleet required to do some serious damage to your enemies.

Now imagine bunches of accounts on same person PC or own virtual server farm (different IP's) ?!? They can all be automated

What's the use of making a client believe that you have 1M rubies or full warehouses? The server still knows the real state of things.

If this was 1990s, sure. Today, you don't write bare SQL. You use libraries that worry about properly escaping the data.
