If they won't help you then try to negotiate with the blocker and ask why he's blocking you. Maybe you poached one of his blocks.

If he's blocking you, no one else can hit you. Being blocked means being protected. Thank the guy and go poaching whoever you want. If they decide to hit you, they'll be hitting his block instead.
Besides, crying "I won't be spending money because I lost in a completely legitimate way" is childish.
