Unable to type parrots due to extreme lag
It takes upwards of 20 seconds per letter to type out a parrot in the game or to send a message via chat - could really use some suggestions on this one

i to am having the same problem,this has been happening for a week or two, as was said any suggestions would be helpfull

So by the lack of response to the problem I take it that no one as an answer to the problem other than report it. That as been done many times but no solutions have been forthcoming so once again another problem that will take months to solve. if ever

i have used every browser that is available.and my computer is a vary powerfull one. and my internet speed is very fast. the problem is with palarium and the servers

There can be many reasons why the lags occur.
The issue can be on your PC/browser/router/Internet provider/CDN/our server/etc.
To understand the reason of lag, we need some additional information. You can help us to investigate your case if you do the following:
1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6
2. Access Network tab http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG
3. Try to access the game
4. Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g
5. Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.
6. Send this information to our Support Team: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
They will help you to understand the reason of your lags and will help you to fix them.

thank you for the response. All that you have kindly suggested as been done a few times but no solution has been found by your support team.my belief is this is a palarium issue with the servers. thank you for your assistance anyway

I cannot send parrots? takes way too long and game crashes why???

Silly player! The parrots are not for you. They are for Master, to send us his spam! 
Joking aside, I'd suggest you
a) try Google Chrome if you're not already on it, as the game seems to behave the least bad under it,
b) update your Flash and browser to their latest versions,
c) contact the Support if none of the above helped.
