Pathetic Plarium

This latest system down is the last straw. You have shown us, the players, who, by the way pay your salaries, just what level of blatant contempt you have for us. I am a developer of 32 years in the business and have never seen such deplorable behaviour. You update whenever you want to, without notification and now you don't even bother updating your support page with progress and possible/probable time of down time.

Considering the amount of money I give you, I do not expect a lot, but I would appreciate it if you showed a little common courtesy by at least informing me approximately how long I must wait before trying to log in again. Oh, sorry I forgot, in your eyes I'm a complete moron who does not warrant such courtesy and oh yes just by the way I'm so stupid I must sit in front of my laptop trying to log in so my accumulated resources don't get raided while you're sitting there not giving a damn. And on that note, I have been notified that some players are logged in, don’t I pay enough to get in??

This is not verging on ridiculous, it is!!

i agree, and they robbed me too. because I couldn't log in, my prestige run was reset to 1. wow, nice way to repay loyalty.

If you have worked in the industry for such a length of time you should be aware of the end result of dDos attacks. Totally out of Plarium's control and rant's such as yours won't help them sort it out. Whilst inconvenient to many (including myself) it does say in TOS that they will never guarantee continuous service.

Yesterday we had some server-side issues, but they are fixed now. If you still can't access the game, please follow our instructions in the pinned post (in Bug reports thread).

the whole system was done, most players went to facebook to get the answers through there PTOF group

when something like that happens again maybe you should try that method and you would get a very clear answer why the site was down 

Plarium and the MODS had no way to get answers to the players when they had no access them selves

we didn't even get an apology from plarium...it's like it never happened...


they turtled there heads down into the sand and acted like it was just a small issue...


what about who lost dreads cuz he didn't get the chance to harbor his raides...they r worth  real money u know and a lot of it

anything lost while the servers were down will be replaced you just have to show a screenshot of lost troops AND OR prestig loss
