There are none on s2, I'm afraid. 🙁
They never explain why, at least not beyond "our analytics show (lack of) activity". Frankly, s2 is a bit sleepy lately.

I still don't see Presidios on The Sirens' Strait server and that is the one I play 99% of the time. This server hasn't had Presidios in over 3 years now. You put out a message in September and it is now 2 months later and still NO PRESIDIOS.
