Buongiorno a voi , da tempo ho ereditato questa Fratellanza SOLITARI e vorrei ora visto che una decina di Pirati mi seguono cambiare lo stemma ( bandiera ) ma non vedo nell'impostazioni il sistema di eseguire . Se e' fatibile mi spiegate come fare , grazie .

Apologies for the late reply. I had to check what the options do we have here (spoiler alert: none).
As you have noticed, it is impossible to change the brotherhood flag in the game. Sadly, it turns out that not even the Support agents can do it.
The only way to achieve what you want is to disband your brotherhood and then make a new one with the new flag. Of course, applied voodoo dolls, as well as stones, codexes, brotherhood achievements,... will all be lost.
Usually, brotherhoods in this situation just keep their original flags.

There is one possibility I forgot to mention (you might know about it): a custom flag. To get that, your brotherhood needs to get certain achievements.
