Why can't you? I normally use Chrome and Plarium suggests it's used, so they are unaware of any problems that you might have.
Please, follow these instructions to report the problem. If it's not reported, there is no hope of Plarium fixing it.

I have cleared my cache, with no success. when I try to open the game I get a Plarium page that tells me that I need flash and instructions on how to allow flash. However flash is already allowed.

The new Chrome defaults to not allow. One can set it to always ask which then entails clicking the lock before plarium.com and setting flash to allow. Then we have to refresh the page. This lasts for the session so if you close Chrome, you have to redo the same thing.
I can run either Chrome or Opera, no problem.

Yes, but mine is set to allow. That is when I click the lock in the address bar it shows allow for flash. I still get the Plarium page trying to tell me how the allow flash.

OK, I finally got it to work. I had to open Chrome site setting and set it to ask first. Now it works just fine.
