I use Plarium App. This error/bug occurred on Pirate Bay today. Some (4-5) weeks ago I began the upgrade construction of a lvl 25 lumber yard to lvl 26. Today there were 13 days 13 hours and some minutes left on the countdown timer. I decided to finish the construction using boosts and did so. When boosting was complete the lumberyard returned to level 25, with no ongoing construction.  And the quest now shows the original construction time instead of the countdown time. I am out the resources, etchings , boosts and time. I do not think I will be doing any more upgrades that require etchings.
