Gear Hub fails...

I have 5 legendary Mecha, but according to the gear Hub, I have none. I sent in a support ticket and their only advice was "It's there so you can buy a new mech"

Ummm, why should I have to buy a new legendary mech when I own 5? I'm stuck on Tier IV. I feel so bad for the new players. This game has turned into a cash grab. Gear Hub is a complete mess. Clans still can't be customized.

Wish they'd listen to veteran players who have spent many pretty pennies over the 2+ years I've been here.

Hello! We are aware of all the feedback we receive! It plays a massive role in our development, but we need to collect and analyze it to make proper decisions, as it's impossible to please every single player in the game (as almost always their desires are mutually exclusive).

The reason for your issue may be due to the lack of the Content/Upgrades of lower Tiers
