I am a beta player and have paid for several seaon passes, Redox and SG8 because I wanted.  I was reading that if you report that someone is cheating they get a 14 day ban.  Well during Christmas I purchased the Christmas season pass, Redox and a few other things, for myself...  well I lost my credit card and had to report my card lost.  Well my bank refuded me the money (Not knowing I play mobile games), I got an auto ban for 42 days from Mech Arena.  The reason was "Too many refunds", even though I paid for them, they banned me for 42 *ucking days!!!!

So how does a 14 day ban for cheating become justified?  I even reported this to support and all they could say was "It's automatic, we can't do shit..."

I love this game, but it's starting to piss me off too.
