Hello! Could you please clarify what the problem is? What does happen when you click the Upgrade button?

when i click the upgrade button it says i don't have enough even though i can upgrade everything else in the game but not my onyx surge or railgun and i just completed the battle pass so i have plenty of credits i just don't understand what's going on.

after reporting just check the email coz they answer your question on the email i have also reported many bugs and they fixed it in 2 or 3 days and they give a official update for the game like this which is kinda fast .

Customer service in the game is one of the worst I've come across. I'll report something, get an automated response that it's basically my fault, respond back and then have to argue with them that there's a bug while they keep denying there's a problem or there's no other complaints. They go silent and then my ticket gets closed and marked as 'resolved' and have to start the whole process over again with the same scenario. Every issue is the same. It's a dam merry-go-round with those clowns...
