Hello, Lords and Ladies!

Unfortunately, at the moment we need some time to update Plarium App after the new features are added to the game :(

It's caused by the fact that application is still in the beta version and not all processes are set yet :(

Still, I will forward your feedback to devs and will ask them to update Plarium App as soon as possible!

Every plarium update the same issue..


If plarium had a brain somewhere in the organisation they would not release an update until it worked in both Andriod and PC APP..


Same old rhetoric,  sorry, will give feedback and will fix as soon as possible.

Finally! 24 hours after everyone else we get the update. How about some reward for us "BETA" users - you do still accept money from us! - to compensate for falling behind everyone else - again!

Guys, we added a word Beta to this application on purpose to show players we're still working on it and some processes cannot be fully set yet.

I understand you're upset by not receiving update in time, but by starting to use application in Beta mode, you should understand that we're still working on it.

Then be a BETA without $. No issues with that. Either case, again this morning with login issues. That does it for me, enough is enough.

I am getting the "new app" available message, so downloaded the Plarium App again, but am still getting the message (cancel to continue as before) - is there a new version of the game app (RoB) since the "new version" a few days ago, or is this a bug?

Lol..  While i was playing, kicked an now this.. Quick attack my castle, so many troop's out in the open and i can't log in

You have got to be kidding!!! Yet another "new version" and nothing for the Windows App - at least yesterday I could "cancel" the pop-up telling me a new download was available (not, as I uninstalled and re-installed and still got the message) and continue playing!

You can issue the refund on Google Play or App Store, depending on where you've made the purchase.

Purchases were made directly with Plarium via the PC APP, so how do i get a refund ?
