Did you cleaned cache ? do you have the last version of the app ?

I advice you also to uninstall the app, and instal again from the link below :

After you download it install it and login with your email and password !

This is a shared computer. Originally. It stated there was a critical error and to unistall the launcher. It has been done. Now it wont reload. It stopped working all to together on the only account that could play on this computer. The problem started right after change to something and grew worse till today when this computer wont even load the game for anyone.
