I am doing this report for you to know that the new firefox update made the game load stop to 80 % and then stall without anything else


Among the hundred + try i got 2 lucky log strangely without any apparent reason those work , it was still stalling but after very long waiting it had got tru and then loading finised as normal. i been not able to get any more yet


I done all typical troubleshoot procedures and wayyyyy more without any success.

I think the problem is about network procedures and not relate to the game itself.

i will not bother with what you reply , i know it will be endless and still going nowhere.

Sorry , i think you do not care and faking to support in hope we go app ...

I will never go app , i do not trust you for a bit Plarium , you will loose a well paying customer if browser way stop working.

now i will try other mega troubles troubleshoot attempt like reinstalling older version of software

there some more info for you to know , i am on a state of the art small server desktop hardware and using Window 7 in 64 bit version

I never get problem to solve problems except for your cheap software and network , i have the knowege , do not waist your time lying to me ...

I made the effort to report at least , will be back if i get info usefull to report or just by curiosity and laught at you useless reply.

UPDATE (edit)


I solved my problem be returning to firefox extended buiness version 68 ( ESR ).

By the same time i got back the option to allways accept Flash plugin and it run even better than the normal version 69.

for those that are interested in my solution , the Firefox profiles till version 69 are un compatible with the new version 70.

That said if anyone do not want to loose all his history of his use of Firefox like me , there no other way than using the Sync service to import back in the profile.


The angry well paying customer is back now YE !!! , transfer this report elsewhere and refer eventual ppls to it if you want to show us some care.

Delete it if you want but everything i do on official places are screenshot and filed , i am allways protecting my back in case i would need to make a document in a lawsuit or similar ...

Case close !

I received one of the error reports while I was trying to sell a hero item.  It kept coming back up when I tried to click on the hero gear, so I logged out.  Now when I try to log back in, I get a dark screen with my screen name at the top, and the error message.  This is true no matter what browser I use.  As of right now I cannot play the game.

Thanks You Administrator Nancy for the helping in the server crash error 503 on 04 NO 2019. I try your advise of removing the cache, did not work, so I delete or clean out some of the cache files, did not work.  For your company info, ONE of the cookies had a bug in it before 05 OC 2019. This information  was given by my computer as I could not delete this cookie file.  I therefore just closed all tabs and turn  off computer. Turn on computer and open my desktop Plarium play. Success.


Again Thank You Nancy for taking the time of your hard work in answering our questions.

If you are getting 80% it MEANS as of 16:35 EST that some of the servers are still down. THE SERVERS BELONG TO A UNION AND THEY WENT OUT ON STRIKE FOR BEEN OVERWORKED. LOL

So after 4 years  I can no longer log in at work and of course, following the direction above was no help  so they are forcing a move toP play or App:(

I just posted the error window but my actual problem is the same as a previous post back in July by another player.

 That player also had their castle display at a much lower level, I have that matching issue,


 I can log in and see my name and castle level 30 when I am actually castle  level 93. 


The previous response was, because of a reset, this other player displayed on 2 different servers. So since I have the SAME problem and his was back in July, can I know how it was resolved being on 2 servers???

Another bit is I can log in on older browser versions outside of work but nothing works at work so is there a way to reset the ?"server" I am on to the one with the level I should have?? Is it possible to accidentally clear history or settings so this kind of thing can happen??

Hi! It looks like the service has been blocked by your local network engineer, unfortunately, we are not able to influence this situation. As for the level of your Castle, please submit a ticket request and one of our agents will gladly help you further.

I have re-installed the plarium play app 3x and it won't load. Your submission form for support help won't accept my coordinates, so I cannot seek help anywhere apparently.


Go ahead, tell me to post this in another forum and I'll post this in every forum until you fix the damn app.

I am getting an error “message: “invalid signature” when I try to log in from Facebook. My ID is 1601794961. I am able to get in from gameroom, so my account is still there. Can you help me figure out how to login with just Facebook without going through gameroom?


I have tried logging in through multiple browsers and all the troubleshooting steps in the logging in problems area.

aFTER LAST UPDATE Plarium APP immediately don't loading game or stop it at 80%...and so bye, bye plarium...
