I is a unfun function popping baloons over and over.
Not to mention the fact that mercenaries can break game balance when a 50+% statistical value mercenary for HQ offence, can provide a bonus 150 million offensive power to a 300 million alliance attack.
Get rid of mercenaries or have them upgradable as their own tech tree in the research center.
