Anyone else experienced the same problem with game not loading? Installed plarium play app on my Macbook (M1) . When launching I only get a blank window. Tried to re-install (app and game) with no success, still launch with a blank window. Launch normal on my other Macbook (Intel) so it might be a bug regarding the M1 CPU on this new Macbook?
I frequently hear of people having issues, both on Mac and Win. You can report a bug here.
Before you do so, did you reinstall on uninstall and then install again? I have no idea what the difference is, but the latter is what Plarium usually recommends.
Yes, did a complete re- and uninstall.
Then submit a bug ticket. I hope they can help you.

Snowgoon, that too is for bug reports. All I can do is repeat the old "do a full uninstall of your app, and then install a freshly downloaded app" mantra, but I don't think you want or need to read that, do you? 😉
