First off,  I dont have a problem with the timing of them since I live in the United States. I get first grabs at them as soon as they appear, "BUT"....There are people in my clan who never get a chance at them because they live on the other side of the world. When the chiefs appear it's 1 o'clock in the morning to some of them and my Russian guys in my clan must even be later like 3 or 4 in the morning.  All of them have day jobs and by the time they get on game all the chiefs are gone.

So I was wondering if Plarium couldn't make the chiefs to respawn when their killed, have them last 24 hours then remove them from the map as the Thusrday global event starts. That way my clan members and every other player who lives in the Netherlands, Poland, Russia and everyone else  in that area of the world can have a chance at them.
