LOL that doesn't help if we are stuck and can't log IN to the darn game! But I do appreciate knowing where to look for when I do get back in. And I will note it down somewhere.

No...not a lazy person, the game is s*** designed! Why are so many people having trouble logging into the damn thing? Why is this the ONLY game that requires on a daily basis that we clear our cache? Why do rewards disappear and no work from the imaginary developers?

I just had this problem which I could not enter and ended up here.

How do I find my ID?
In order to find your ID please follow these steps:
1: Open the game
2: Go to help section (right top corner)
3: In left bottom corner you will see your ID. Just click on it and info will be copied to clipboard, afterwards paste your ID to a ticket
If your account is banned you need to write your ID that is displayed on loading screen.
If you do not have access to the game while submitting a ticket in "Your ID or coordinates" field just enter your coordinates as "X:0; Y:0".
