Shields keep dropping before they are supposed to. Members keep getting zeroed. We have lost 6 players since the last KVK to either shields dropping prematurely or the blue ring of death allowing people to be caught while fighting. If we can't trust a shield to protect our troops while we are away, then why play? Why rebuild troops over and over?
If it's not a glitch, then we have a hacker in 182. It always seems to happen to a few select clans.
Same has happen in many kingdoms so it has to be a bug

Same problem for us. Kingdom 238. WE lose many good players in our kingdom because of the incompetence of Plarium 😤😤😤. Because their shields dropping ang get zeroed, account blocked and a lot of other bug and glitch...Do you realise Plarium we put money to this game???? Enough to buy a ps4 or an Xbox one???? We need a real customer service.
