Sounds like a carrot dangling on string at the end of a long stick to get the donkey moving to me. 

Haven't worked out what SB is, but  you have to think about cost versus benefit even if it is doable.

It may be easy for someone who has played the game before, is captivated by it, and has deep pockets.
