Could the 100% point of number of troops slider in Offense windows be changed from % of type's total troops to min of # of total troops / max. march size, please?

As it stands, with many troops (e.g. t1), the i beam demarcing the max march size can be very close to the slider's 0 point. The mereset twitch of the mouse / minimum mouse step size can mean millions of troops / rss capacity. This makes it very hard to get at least close to even only within a few thousand of how many one is (only) trying to send.

There is no point in 100% of the slider equalling more than max. march size [in no case can they be sent / the slider exceed the current i beam point]. 

If instead the max. point of the slider equalled max. march size, it would be much easier to get much closer to the march size one would like to send.

The graphic below illustrates the point - the i (I) beam should be placed at the end of the sliding area, not in the middle.
