hello, could you think of an object that could be positioned on the map for a certain period of time. This "glue" object would mean that when a city lands on it, it would remain blocked at that location for a given time, 10 seconds for example. It would also be possible to block any movement of the shield. Of course this object would be invisible, except for people belonging to the alliance of the person who would have put it down.   thank You
