Are OvO order legendary checkpoints awarded, even if event not won?

- I see CP10 awards in Mail / System.

- I do not see the same for CP11. Sufficient personal points have been acquired, per CP11 notice in event awards description.

Are (a) OvO order legendary checkpoints awarded, even if event not won; (b) When are they awarded - post-event?

1. OvO order legendary checkpoints awarded, even if event not won?
2. When are they awarded - post-event?

Confirmed. Legendary checkpoints are immediately awarded, just like 'normal' checkpoints.

Awarded,

• at the time the Order accomplishes them, or,
• whenever one's personal event points reaches the requisite threshold,

whichever is later for that player.

A red ! is shown if the order reaches a checkpoint and one's personal event points have not reached the requisite level. Expanding the point reveals a note as to how many personal event points are needed in order to receive that checkpoint's rewards.
