I downloaded the new app okay, but the game will not install. It starts to install and gets to 4% then it says "reconnecting", then it starts to install again and gets to about 4% and then "reconnecting" again and again and again. I have cleared the cache in game and browsers, reinstalled too many times to mention and nothing works. I can play the game when NOT using Plarium Play and its fine but it's slow and inconsistent. I can also play on my android phone but I don't want to play it on my phone. I want to play it on my PC using the PP app.
I then tried troubleshooting and it came back with "Plarium Play is not compatible" and "will only work on Windows 8". I use Windows 10 64-bit.
Can you please tell me what to do? I have also tried the suggestion in the "Technical Report" section of "Throne EN Forum" but nothing works.
Your help would be extremely appreciated.
