just a question or two about his new category.

1. Do these "studies" count in events ?  i.e. gaining power and such 

2. Why when you click on upgrade for a study you get the help button yet the "studies" do not show up in help requests ?

It clearly shows that I have 3 Requests going yet only 2 are showing
