Are you are trying to get everyone to quit sparta?
People are very used to fixing their temple of hermes - they click on them without thinking or reading the pop-up box as we all know the temple costs nothing to fix/upgrade and many have to do this every day.
You added levels - with upgrade sketch costs, and have given us zero information about this. Do we need to pay this every time a massive level bully account smashes a new players temple ?
You posted this useless post, and immediatly posted another after it so no one will see what is said here.

Palarium support have responded to our coalitions request for information.
The upgrade sketch cost for upgrading temple of hermes must be paid every time your temple is knocked down.
This is a total crap manuver by palarium. They attempted to hide this information from us.
BEWARE ---- THE TEMPLE OF HEMES WILL CONTINULLY COST YOU THOUSANDS OF UPGRADE SKETCHES
