NEED HELP ON DESKTOP APPS
my pc, win7 34bit ..
download the apps... installed.. run and its say not compatible..

If you have a Windows 7 32 bit operating system, then you need the 32 bit version of the app.
I have both 32 and 64 bit operating systems. Sometimes I download a 64 bit app and, in error try to install it on a 32 bit operating system.
Check the download page from where you are downloading and ensure you choose the 32 bit operating system apps.
Hope this was of some assistance.

I tried logging out and went to the download page-it appears there is just one download-it does not have a choice to choose a 32 bit or 64 bit operating system.
I am hoping that an Admin or Community Manager could help. With your earlier screen shot-it seems you need a 64 bit operating system since your Windows 7 appears to be the 32 bit type.
Apologies, i am unable to help you further.

the solution it's to instal in an virtrual machine like VMware an 64 bits system of operation if u have an proccesor for 32 bits at this moment from what i know

It's impossibile download 32 bit version of app, no pop-up or selection ask when downloading.

I tried this...even had to create a dropbox account! (maddening) I got a file which says ...exe.part can't install it.

Start the programme.
To open the experience, search for Settings and then click the top result.
Select Desktop Apps .
Select Apps & features.
Select the broken app from the Apps & Features menu.
Select the Advanced options option.
Press the Reset button.
