Is there a reason why the payouts from the Persian & Elysian positions have significantly reduced in the last couple of days?  This seems to affect S3 only, while S2 & S1 payouts remain the same.

Several of our Positions wizards have mentioned this in chat over the last couple of days, and have now stopped doing these positions.
