Fortuna, have you submitted a ticket to the support? if yes, did you get their reply? I want the number of your  ticket to forward it to the manager to check it. I got the divine coffer on 2 servers but other players have the same issue as yours and they had to submit a ticket to the support and give them a screenshot of their coffer. The support is dealing with a lot of  players' issues, and it is not possible to know who has this problem or not, as they handle a huge amounts of data. Unfortunately, the players have to submit a ticket 😔

Divine box and no key to open it after buying the warrior pass with 25k drachmas!

You should have received the coffer with a key as a reward. If you didn't receive your key, please contact Support via this link .

I'm already 200 agema down because of this !

Lets hope plarium fixes this and gives the lost agema and key back soon. 

Remember that the key is an universal key so please don't open any coffer before you use it to get your divine equipment!

after contacting support, wait for a month of sending back and forward messages with them, being treated as an stupid person and ignorant and where they will make sure you suffer enough to get you what they took from you.

And yes vanesa, we all know its a universal one, but if when you receive it and it comes with no key its a no brainer, really why plarium think players are stupid first.... incomprehensible
