This week, upgraded circle of guardians building (lvl 19->20), during coalition conflict event. Completed level 20, highest level. Screen shows, x2 bond drop rate. But, battle reports show, bonus not applied. Not by #. Not by frequency. Is this a bug? Checked again today. Same result. Cost a lot of gold, sketches, to do upgrades for that building. Here are screenshot examples. Check my account to verify. Not x2, only x1. Very angry.
