Unfortunately, the Cloudflare downtime came as I was upgrading gear for the Artifact Enhancement event, and prevented me from completing it. As a result, I will be unable to complete the Helicath fusion and demand some form of compensation for this.

I had everything planned out, and was actively working on the event at the time, and now, through no fault of my own, will not be able to receive the rewards for my labour. That is not acceptable.
