Game crashes on PC constantly

Hi, I play the game on both mobile and PC, well I used too. 

Mobile works fine, currently running on Oppo Find X3 pro, but on my laptop which is a Lenovo Legion its now crashing after a minute or two of play.  Game was working fine on laptop until an update a few weeks back.

I've uninstalled and re-installed several times and I just get the same issue. Game initially opens fine, is a little slow loading things but lets me access the Bastion etc, soon as I try to start a battle etc the game just crashes. Game will not close and requires a restart to close it fully. 

This is really impacting my game time as I cant always use my mobile at work but can just leave raid playing in the background. Laptop power isnt an issue as can run far more graphical intentive games then Raid.

Any help appreciated.

Hallo. I have the same problem. Reinstall plarium play and Raid several times. After few minutes the game freeze. Contact to support with no solution

Same issue here. Also tried several fresh installs and reached out to support (with no effect). I also run it on a Lenovo Legion. Some official acknowledgement or response would be greatly appreciated.

I've tried to login on my PC and it constantly has "server connection failed error".  Cannot login and get it started at all.

Same here . I start to play and then Raid crashes.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled emptied cache nothing helps.  Very frustrating. I am running windows 11

I'm Actually having different issues but some of what you guys are saying is also happening to me aswell, my main problem is when i did a recent win11 update i started getting the message (game failed to launch, please uninstall or contact plarium support staff) which i have done with 0 response so far, and trust me i am getting pissed off, b/c i am not able to play until the next morning after reset (7pm est) i lose the former days reset rewards and i'm not able to do my resets after 7pm b/c of my job so i depend on doing my reset the following morning. i have also did everything the email told me to do , tried vpn, tried the cache deletion, updating direct X and microsoft runtime , and uninstall & re-install nothing works.
