That actually worked, thank you. 

Im stuck at "starting services".  Tried the fix.  didn't work for me.  I may try reinstalling but im on super crappy internet so idk.  7Mb/1Mb   :(

after this update it was very bad it is not entering the game and when it enters crashes on android and on the pc hopefully they fix it because i play every day and invest in that game 

Did not work for me. Guess it is time to stop auto pay and quit the game...

Running Play in compatibility mode for Windows 8 solved the problem for me

Today I got this message from Zendesk support and the solution worked:

Please follow these steps:
1. Uninstall Plarium Play from your PC/Mac
Note:
If you're a macOS user, you'll also need to clean out the
"/Users/USERNAME/Public/PlariumPlay" folder manually. USERNAME refers to
your macOS user name.
2. Download and install the latest version of the installer here https://plarium.com/en/plarium-play/
3. Open Plarium Play
4. Log in to your account
5. Install the game
6. Delete the files in the flash_wrapper folder: https://i.imgur.com/jWw8Z9H.png (not the folder itself, but all the files in it)
7. Launch the game in Plarium PlayThis should help! Please let me know the result.

There should be 'Raid_Data'

delete ,reinstal  and not working ,stucks to authenticating

no dice . I deleted the folder and started the plarium client again. launched the game and it took for ever. but came back with the re-login screen . Authenticating takes for ever so I guess something wrong with the ldap query ?

Nice Tip to delete the Game. Nothing Helps since 2 Hours. New Year new bugs ? To earn Money you should fix it Remembers me to the y2k Bug. Panic for 1999 to 2000 change, but now 2021 8-))
