Did you open a ticket with support yet? They are the only ones who can fix your spam ban, sorry. :(

I did it once already, but I guess they haven't seen it yet. Hopefully they don't wait until my ban is over to do something, because this is the second time this has happened to me

They work through these as quickly as possible, but there is typically a bit of a backlog.
