Not Receiving Emails - Support Tickets Not Helping
Does anyone know what else I can do with this issue?
I started playing a week and a half ago, spent a bit of money (around £30, and then decided I wanted to spend considerably more and wanted to secure my account with two-factor authentication, etc. Went and sent the email through to my account and nothing came through, not in junk or anything, the same happens if I try to reset my password.
I've raised two tickets a week ago (supplied everything receipts etc etc) and get the response that they are passing them onto second-line support and then I hear nothing back, it's been a week now. What's the normal resolution time? Close to giving up and just finding something else which is a shame.
