I had purchased 308,000 silver coins with 140 gems. A few minutes later I decided to purchase 308,000 silver coins again with 140 gems with my remaining 144 gems. For some reason the gems were taken but did not receive 308,000 silver coins. Would you be able to reinstate my gems or coins I would 8very grateful. Fantastic game! I can't put it down. Thank you!

I lose my Runic Wander as I cannot found it in my Character inventory. Please could you restore it? I discover the problem when attempting to use it on Fire Knight's Castle, as he is not part of my usual starting rooster on other quests.

This morning around 8 hours ago i accidentally sacrificed and fed my recently acquired Coldheart before locking her (I pressed a different champion to unlock and it unlocked Coldheart!) fed her to a dumb random 3star champion by MISTAKE! . and now i lost a champion i have been farming for 2days by spending money on Void Crystals.

Please is there any way i can get her back it was such a dumb mistake, i literally got her and then 2min later fed her to another champion by mistake.

So frustrated and saddened by this, ive not been playing the game too long but i know it was such a huge loss to me on my account.

Please i am so sad. I recently started playing and i got so happy with my lucky pull of Coldheart.

I just recently sacrificed my brand new Duchess Lilitu in the rank up of Miscreated Monster (around 4 hours ago). If at all possible can I please get a account roll back to just before the sacrifice. This would really help me as the sacrifice has completely ruined my future plans in dungeons as Duchess Lilitu would have been my best champ by far. Thanks, my user is: um49147064 | 48079912 .
