My account has been banned for a week because I had to many refunds?

Two days ago I had an issue with my payment and I payed for a bulk of gems which I did not received. After this I tried it another time so I bought another package of gems and this time I had them within 10 seconds. I contacted Google for my payment and they told me to refund the money. Personally I think I closed my bank transfer application after the payment before I pressed "OK". The Raid Support told me they did not got any money from Google, so the issue was solved by refunding my money. Unfortunately when I bought another package yesterday I got banned for to many refunds.

I really like the game and I don't mind spending money but please let me play the game.
Banning people for a week while they pay a lot of money to the game is kinda rude, there would be a chance that I will play another game next week..

Hopefully a Moderator can look to this and contact me..
