Hey, I responded to you in the thread in game discussion a few days back. This is going to have to be resolved with support as we have no way to take care of that on the forum.

Okay. Sorry about that. I've never had an occassion to use support like you mentioned. So I guess I kind of assumed that "support" that you mentioned was the tech support on the forum. Can you describe how do utilize the "support" you mentioned. Thank you.

Ah ok. I thought you opened that support ticket based on your reply in that thread. Anyway.
You can do one of two things:
Click on your avatar in game, scroll down to info, then click support.
