I recently received a purple cristal from my daily log in and I used it and I got an epic hero (sadly I dont remember who) and just now I opened the game on my Samsung Galaxy x9 and normally it would go straight to the game but it said it was having problems and had to log in twice and finally I got to in my account and come to find I am missing one of my heros that I put five star epic armor (it was the speed increase armor) on and used a lot of silver to lvl up each piece of armor to lvl 12 can you please fix this I wish I could show you pictures but I didn't know there was any way this could happen and there really isn't no picture I could take now but all I can say is this is really disappointing because this is a really fun game and it just sucks to be investigated in a game and have a loss like this
