The Special Void Pack (item 2: Void Shards x 20).  I purchased item 1 in the chain and when purchasing item 2 it was not received nor advanced to item 3 in the chain.  Checked bank account and was charged 3 times for this item 2 of $69.99 each time.  I needed the purchases in this chain to have enough Ancient chards for the guaranteed champion.
