After successfully completing campaign missions in nightmare I don’t get 3 stars despite finishing with a full roster and a perfect run.

On the campaign 9/5 I beat level with 2 champs several times now, but the game wont give me that 3rd star for level 5. I took a screen shot

I believe you have to start with only 2 and they both need to be alive when you win to get the 3 stars. Check the requirements before you attack. It will show you what you need for the 3 stars. 2 stars is 4 a alive.

Same problem here starting with 8-7 on finally got one on 9-2 today after several attempts, Sent a screenshot into support and only got a standard reply. I only need 2 more to get the 3 5 star chickens. very frustrating

My bad. I didn’t read the requirements for 3 stars. Getting 3 now using just 2 chars. Haven’t hit the problem Unknown is having yet, but will post when I do.

have the same problem, did 10-7 couple of time with 2 champs and no death and didn't got the 3 stars

Exact same problem here. Just tried it for lile the 10th time. Used just Arbiter and Vrask on nightmare campaign, had no deaths (didnt even have to resurrect) but didnt get 3 stars. I opened a ticket about this weeks ago but no response. Ever since, ive stopped makimg purchases. They hate making money, I guess

If you press the "i" next details it will show that the condition for 3 stars is now "Clear the stage with two or fewer Champions in less than 10 minutes without losing a Champion."
I don't know when Plarium added that time limit, but it has made 3 staring some of these levels nearly impossible. Especially if your not playing this on PC. When I play this on my cell phone, it is very laggy and takes longer.

still same problem in end 2021, using 2 champions finishing the level when both are alive but getting only 2 stars...
shame how bug fixing is not a part of this game devs...

this happened several times to me today, really annoying since it takes 10-15min to clear the stage
