It seems like the boots on the top are speed boots, if my rough translation is correct. If so, you'll want to use those. Five-star is unfortunate, but you do what you can.

The best choice for a healer are speed boots, fully leveled up. The other boots would be better for an Attack based DPS.

No, not bc of substats, just for the main stat. Once you level those 5* SPD boots up, it will give you 40 additional speed, which for a healer/reviver/support champion is a huge boost. Ofc, it would be even better if they were 6*.

The 6* ATK% boots have some speed, which makes them viable for a nuker. Too bad they don't have crit rate like the other ones, but, we can't have it all, can we? lol

The difference is only two because you are using a level-4 boot compared to a level-12 one, where the latter upgraded speed substat once.

A level-16 6* speed boot has 45 speed, a 5* one has 40. In comparison, a level-16 6* ATK% boot with four rolls on the speed substat (which will happen once in a lifetime) will have approximately 30 speed.

I just know the numbers. There's probably a wiki or document page somewhere which shows them, but I don't have it off the top of my head. I just know the max primary stat at level 16 for 6* and 5* gear, from experience.
